The rooms are immaculate, recently renovated, include a kettle, and offer a lovely view.

I stayed at this lovely Bed n Breakfast for a short trip. The location was nice and cosy, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The recently renovated rooms were modern and clean, with a good bed and shower. The owner was welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to park my motorbike and providing tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was delicious and the owner even made personalized coffee. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient to explore Lugano and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly staff.

Centrally located, this B&B is a great base to explore the area as it's close to the lake and the factory outlet, as well as many cafes and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern ensuite bathrooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious and with plenty of options. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering free train passes and recommendations on how to get around the area.

Although the rooms are recently renovated, the lack of an elevator might be uncomfortable for some guests, especially if they have heavy luggage to carry to the upper floors.
